Yes, each card can be customised so different colours, fonts, type of photo and quantity of photo boxes can be changed.
I have an idea in mind of a design that is not in your catalogue; can you do it up for me? TOP
I am happy to design a card from scratch if you have something particular in mind. However, I will not copy a design you have seen on another site as not only have they taken a lot of time an effort in creating their designs, it is a breach of copyright. Please ask them. I have seen a birth announcement that I would like as a Christening Invitation is that possible? TOP
Any design can be used for any occasion so browse through my store to see other designs. Do the cards come with envelopes? TOP
The cards come with a white C6 envelope and the mounted cards come with appropriate size envelopes. Envelopes are included in the pricing.
Is there a minimum order? TOP
There is a minimum order of 20 cards. If you would like less please email me for other options.
Do you have other purchase options? TOP
Magnets can be added for an extra 25c per card and flat card stock to mount the cards on can be added for 75c per card.
I would prefer to print the cards myself is that an option? TOP
Yes for $15.00 I will send you a high resolution jpeg file from which you can print unlimited number of photo cards from. If you decide to purchase this option go to the extras page and purchase the Jpeg File option noting design name. All designs do remain the property of mjcards. I would like to write the name of each recipient on the cards, can I do this? TOP
The cards are printed on photo paper, so are not suitable for writing on. I am happy to add each recipient or guest name for an additional 50c per card or you can purchase mounted cards for 75c per card and write your guest names or personal message on that. How much is postage? TOP
Postage is $6.95 for ALL orders and is Express Post. How do I pay for cards? TOP
Payment is through direct debit or paypal. Direct debit is preferred.
I can't decide which design I like can you email me through several? TOP
I will do up two proofs free of charge for you to decide between, any more will be an additional fee of $5.00 per design. I will only make amendments to one design after the initial proofs have been sent. What resolution photo should I send through and should I adjust it for you? TOP
Preferably send 1800 x 1200 pixel image set at 240 d.p.i or higher. No need to change lighting or adjust to black and white or sienna as I can do this.
Can I use professional photos? TOP
Professional photos can be used as long as you have a release from the photographer otherwise it is breach of copyright. If you do not have a release I am happy to play with your images to give them a more professional look. Can I email several pictures if I can’t decide which one(s) to use? TOP
You can email many pictures from which I will select the required number. If you have one in particular you would like to be used then please let me know. How long until I get the proof? TOP
I will usually email a proof within 24 hours of receiving payment and the email with the photo and design details.
I haven’t received a proof after 24hours? TOP
Sometimes when it is busy it may take up to 48 hours. If you still haven’t received a proof after 48 hours please check your spam/ junk mail folder as sometimes they are sent there. If you still haven’t received the proof, please email me or call on 0413 590 191.
How many changes can be made to the proof before charges are incurred? TOP
Unlike other companies, I will keep making changes until you are completely satisfied with the card free of charge.
Can I print cards from the proof? TOP
No the resolution at which the proof is saved is not of print quality. I save at a low resolution for ease when emailing back and forwards. Can I get a refund or cancel the sale? TOP
A full refund will be issued if the sale is cancelled before a proof has been emailed. Once the proof has been emailed 25% will be refunded. Once the full jpeg file has been sent no refund is available.
I received the cards and have noticed an error will you pay for new cards? TOP
I don't send the cards to be printed until I have received approval from you. An mistake noticed after approval has been recieved is the responsibility of the purchaser and a reprint will be at your cost. I have received the card and noticed that the colours are slightly different TOP
Computer monitors display colours differently due to different settings, size and resolution etc. Printing machines are also calibrated differently to monitors so a specific colour can't be guaranteed. Slight changes in colour are to be expected. How long until I receive the cards? TOP
Cards will be sent to print with-in 24 hours of receipt of final approval and payment. They should then be in the mail with in 5 business days after that. All orders are sent Express Post which is overnight. If you require cards sooner than this I can email you through the jpeg file for you to print yourself. |
